Shipping, Pick up and Returns

Shipping Policy 

Saturday Delivery is available to some destinations for an additional fee. We deliver to most continental US destinations within 1-3 business days. Shipping cut off times vary, please see the shipping options provided on the checkout screen. It will provide you with the estimated day of delivery and the shipping fee, if there is one. Our standard ground carrier is FedEx Ground. However, your order may ship via a different method, such as USPS, UPS or another carrier. We reserve the right to select the carrier used for all ground shipments. If you have concerns about the ground carrier that will be used, please contact us.

We operate out of two warehouses one in New Jersey. We ship products from our nearest warehouse whenever possible. It is our policy to notify our customers of any delays in shipment related to product availability. Products on your order may originate from multiple warehouses and may not be delivered together, or on the same day. 

We also have multiple pick-up locations. For location and contact information of these locations, please see below. Please call, email, or chat with us ahead of placing your order so we can confirm and notify the team at these locations.

We offer express shipping options on most orders for an additional fee. Express delivery is not available to all destinations or for all items. Eligibility can be confirmed by contacting us. Estimates of arrival date shown during the checkout process are subject to stock availability and our other shipping policies. Conformation that your package is estimated to be delivered on your desired date can be confirmed by checking the "My Account" section of the website to insure all products were shipped, then by tracking your package to see the estimated delivery date.

Delivery schedules are not guaranteed. FedEx has an on-time delivery rate of around 99%, but we do not drive the truck and are not responsible for their delays. There are no shipping credits or product discounts available for orders shipped using a ground method that did not arrive on time. Express shipments that were delayed by the carrier for non-weather-related reasons may be eligible for a shipping credit. Please contact us for details. *We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.*

All specials and promotions are limited to our stock on hand for that inventory item. We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotional products. We are not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, system downtime, or for any loss, damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Other restrictions may apply.

 

Hazardous Material

In select circumstances in accordance with state laws, UPS may classify an item as potentially-hazardous. Depending on the state, potentially-hazardous items that fall under this category may have further shipping & handling fees or will not allow the item to be sent. Please contact our customer service representatives if you are unsure of the shipping method for your order.

Return Policy

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 15 days of the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

All returns require prior approval. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included on the outside of the box to identify your return. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you have been issued an RMA, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00. If the products were shipped under our free shipping policy, there is an additional return fee equal to the list price of the outbound shipping. Products must be returned to our warehouse at your cost.

Products not in the original packaging or where the packaging is damaged, products with broken factory seals, products missing warranty cards, manuals, accessories, or components, products discounted and products that were special orders cannot be returned.

Refunds will be issued after products are inspected. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
